Accepted Insurances:

Self-Pay/Out of Network:
Clients who do not have one of the accepted insurances can still see me on a self pay basis. When utilizing services through self-pay, all session fess will be due at time of service. All payments must be able to be processed electronically.
Self-Pay/Out of Network Fees:
- Initial Assessment: $150
- 60 Minute Psychotherapy Session: $100
Billing Information:
All insurance payments will either be billed through Seasons Billing, or Jennifer Haywood (UHC, OSU).
Self Pay/Out of Network will be collected directly by me using Square Electronic Payment System.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must occur with 48 hour notice to avoid the $50 cancellation fee. Emergencies will be considered on a case by case basis.
